About the Journal

The International Journal of Finance (IJOF), founded in 1988 and published by Scientific and Business World, Singapore, is a double-blind, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing research in finance.

The journal publishes original theoretical and empirical contributions, as well as review articles, in all major areas of finance. To actively encourage submissions, no Article Processing Charge (APC) is currently levied on accepted manuscripts.

Aims & Scope

The journal welcomes high-quality research addressing, but not limited to, the following areas:

• Corporate finance
• Investment and portfolio analysis
• Financial institutions and markets
• International finance
• International business
• Decision sciences as applied to finance

Submission Requirements

Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that have not been published elsewhere and are not under consideration by another journal.

1. Cover letter — Should include the name(s) of the author(s), affiliation(s), mailing address(es), email address(es), and contact telephone number(s).
2. Manuscript — It will be sent for blind review. Please submit the first page with only the title of the paper and a one-paragraph abstract of no more than 150 words. The body of the text should be double-spaced.
3. Footnotes/Endnotes — All footnotes and endnotes should appear before References.
4. Tables and Figures — Tables and figures must be in camera-ready form (4.5″ x 7″ or smaller) in the final version of the accepted paper.
5. References — References, in alphabetical order, must appear at the end of the paper. In-text citations should be by the name of the author(s) and the year of publication.
6. Final version — After acceptance, the author(s) must submit the final version of the paper in Microsoft Word.
